Intimate relationship is an important relationship in interpersonal relationship.College students are in the early stage of adulthood.According to Erickson's theory of personality development stage,the development task of this stage is to establish intimate interpersonal relationship and avoid loneliness.The fear of intimacy will affect the physical and mental development of individuals.Intimacy fear refers to the inhibition of individuals in communicating with significant others about thoughts and events of great significance to them.At the same time,individual childhood psychological abuse and neglect may also cause individual adult fear of intimate relationship.Therefore,this study starts from the psychological abuse and neglect of college students in the early stage,and the influence of self-esteem on intimacy fear,and on this basis further discusses whether self-esteem plays an intermediary role between psychological abuse,neglect and intimacy fear.Research a questionnaire survey: 700 college students from some universities in Shanghai were selected as subjects,and “the childhood psychological abuse and neglect scale”,“self-esteem scale” and “intimacy fear scale” were used for measurement.This study used multivariate analysis of variance to explore the psychological abuse and neglect,self-esteem and intimate fear in the differences of demographic variables,using the structural equation model to explore the childhood psychological abuse and neglect and self-esteem of college students close the forecast effect of fear,use the Bootstrap validation self-esteem in psychological abuse and neglect and intermediary role between intimate fear.Study two group psychological counseling: on the basis of study one,a group intervention program with self-esteem as the theme was developed in combination with self-knowledge theory,so as to alleviate the intimate fear of individuals through the intervention of self-esteem.Twenty subjects who were eligible for enrollment and volunteered to participate in group counseling were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group received group counseling intervention for a period of 8 weeks,and the effectiveness of group counseling intervention was investigated by comparing the scores before and after the test between the experimental group and the control group.The results are as follows:(1)There was a significant gender difference in ignoring the total score,and boys were higher than girls;(2)There are significant differences in intimate fear between individuals with and without love experience,and the intimate fear score of individuals without love experience is higher than that of individuals with love experience.(3)There is a close correlation between psychological abuse and neglect,self-esteem and intimate fear: ignoring the intimate fear that can predict college students;Self-esteem can negatively predict the intimate fear of college students;Psychological abuse can negatively predict the self-esteem of college students;Neglect can negatively predict the self-esteem of college students.(4)Self-esteem plays an intermediary role between psychological abuse and fear of intimacy;Self-esteem mediates between neglect and fear of intimacy.(5)The group assistance scheme designed improves college students' self-esteem and intimate fear to a certain extent,but does not reach a significant level.After this study for caregivers to give children growing environment,family education has the certain enlightenment function,at the same time for college students in the problems of psychological counseling on close relationships provide a train of thought.
