The sentence "shi+X+de" is a commonly used sentence in Chinese,especially in spoken Chinese.Therefore,the sentence "shi+X+de" is also a key point and difficulty in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.During the year of Sri Lankan volunteers as Chinese language teachers,the author found that Sri Lankan students had a large number of errors in the process of acquiring the grammatical point of "shi+X+de".In the related research,there is a lack of the error analysis of learning this grammar for Sri Lankan students.Therefore,this paper analyzes and examines the errors generated by the Sri Lankan students' acquisition of the sentence "shi+X+de",and hopes to help the future research.This article is divided into six chapters.First the author analysis the current situation of learning Chinese in Sri Lankan universities,and provides a background for this paper.Then gather statistics the error rate of "shi+X+de" in Sri Lankan students,and puts forward the importance of analyzing the analysis of the mistakes of Sri Lankan students learning "shi+X+de".After that the author analysis the specific errors from the frequency of students' error types.According to the corpus collected by the author,the students' "shi+X+de" errors are divided into:missing,mis-adding,mis-order,misuse of "le".Based on the students' error situation,combined with the particularity of Sri Lankan students learning Chinese,the author analysis the causes of students' mistakes.Which includes:negative transfer of mother tongue knowledge,generalization of target language rules,misleading in teaching,influence of learning strategies and communication strategies,and influence of learning environment.In the end.Based on the research of all the papers,the author has carried out detailed thinking and put forward some suggestions for the future teachers in the teaching of "shi+X+de".And the author applies his own research in the actual teaching to test,and evaluate the teaching effect.And summarizes the full text,puts forward the shortcomings in the research.
