College dance integrates art and entertainment well,and can improve body posture and body coordination.Studying dance for college students can cultivate personal sentiment,improve self-confidence and improve the level of dealing with relationships with others.So if we want to learn dance well,we need professional teachers' guidance.The development of dance specialization in Colleges and universities needs dance teachers' support.Can we cultivate dance professionals with excellent level,which is closely related to teachers' own quality and professional ability? Therefore,it is of great significance to optimize the formation of dance teachers.This paper takes classical human resource theory,Schultz human capital theory,modern human resource theory and human resource management theory of higher vocational colleges as theoretical reference.In order to understand the shortcomings of dance teachers' team structure,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey on dance teachers in 20 Higher Vocational Colleges in Taiyuan City,and puts forward specific measures to optimize the allocation.From the study,we can draw the following conclusions:(1)Through the investigation of the number,age structure,teaching years,gender ratio of male and female teachers,educational background,professional title,specialty,foreign language level and technical level of dance teachers in 20 Vocational Colleges in Taiyuan.The survey finds that there are some problems in Taiyuan Vocational Colleges,such as insufficient number of dance teachers and unreasonable configuration structure.The reasons are mainly due to the prominent problems of post setting in Higher Vocational colleges,the shortcomings of teacher evaluation and employment system,the imperfect incentive mechanism and the unscientific evaluation mechanism.(2)In view of the deficiencies in the structure of dance teachers in Taiyuan Vocational Colleges,specific optimization measures are put forward: it is necessary to increase the introduction of dance teachers,optimize the structure of teachers,improve the overall level of teachers,establish an effective incentive mechanism for dance teachers,and improve the performance appraisal system of dance teachers.
