With the blossom of Chinese economy continuing to heat up around the whole world, the number of people learning Chinese growing countries in the world. Faced with the rapid development of Chinese teaching situation, Chinese teacher resources and teaching resources can not meet the multi-level learners, country and individual needs and other issues are also increasingly prominent. Training to adapt to new trends in the spread of today’s Chinese language teachers has become one of the tasks of the international competitiveness of Chinese education sector a key. In the present study Chinese language teachers training, most studies did not analyze the problem and understand the teachers’ Growth encountered in the course from an individual teacher development and growth angle and resolution strategies.This study aimed at by the method of narration recording five subjects from the Chinese decided to enter the field of international education began to change to become a professional Chinese teachers this time, by reducing its growth path in the key events and scenes, analyzing its growth process and common characteristics. At the same time, this article from"super local Chinese teachers" to analyze and define several teachers growing state, drawn up in the culture of the advantages of both teachers and local teachers, as well as outstanding Chinese teachers overcome their respective external defects needed conditions and internal quality. This study used the narrative research method in conjunction with literature research. Dissertation consists of three chapters:Chapter I, Introduction; the second chapter, the narrative of Super local Chinese teachers to grow; the third chapter, thinking five teachers growth path. Detailed description of the five Chinese teachers growth path, the paper summarizes train teachers with excellent potential super local Chinese teachers should have the following basic qualities:the ability to make the right choices in a critical period, while both teaching theoretical knowledge and teaching practical knowledge, cultural competence, diligent reflection happy to reflect on the spirit and identity of the teacher’s identity. After analyzing the external environment for novice teachers, the paper also proposed train Chinese teachers required for such external conditions:training Chinese teachers should have a long-term planning; the use of elite internship project to build a platform for the novice teachers..
