Research On Capability Structure Of Sports Dance Teacher In Shaanxi Colleges

As the frequency of international exchanges increased, and domestic living standards improved, the Dance Sport has been extensively spread among China in recent years. It has played a crucial role in the fitness craze, and we have won many prizes in a series of major international events. Thanks to the hard work that the professionals did, the Dance Sport have been widely spread in China. There are more and more people started to know and participate in it. As a result, our players are moving closer to the world’s advanced level. However, the current situation of the Dance Sport coaches in China is still not optimistic. Imperfect technology, the lack of experience and low cultural level are the big problems. These problems may badly influence the accuracy of technical movements, the understanding of dance culture, music and style grasp. Since the future of the Dance Sport in China is largely depend on the coaches, we are asking for a number of coaches with high technology, operational capacity and passion to enhance the teaching and training of the Dance Sport.This paper will take the structure of ability of Shaanxi College Sports Dance coached as the main object. By finding literature, expert interviews, questionnaires and other methods of mathematical statistics, I will investigate the status of college sports dance teacher in Shaanxi, their ability structure and the factors that may influence their ability. The conclusions to be drawn as following:1. Teaching ability, training capabilities, research ability, innovation, special knowledge and skills constitutes the structure of Sports Dance teachers in Shaanxi Province.2. The structure of teachers’education and age is relatively reasonable in Shaanxi, while gender and occupation exists deficiencies which need to be further improved.3. The factors affecting the ability of the structure of university teachers in Shaanxi Province is divided into two parts. The internal factors are the complacent and lazy of most teachers. Titles have become the main purpose for them to research. Most of the teachers do not have judge qualifications, and their overall academic level is relatively low. The external factors including Inadequate teaching venues and facilities, some school leaders do not support the sports dance project, heavy task of teaching, work pressure, and lack of training.4. By perfecting the system of continuing education of sports dance teachers, encouraging teachers to actively participate in practical activities, increasing the reward system, ameliorating the teaching environment, enhancing the quality of teaching and increasing the attention on the sports dance teachers, the ability of university teachers in Shaanxi Province can be improved.
