Study On The Variant Characters And Related Issues In Brick Art In The Eastern Han Dynasty

Content: This paper firstly sorts out the 686 bricks included in the book Inscriptions on Ancient Chinese Brick Inscriptions,and classifies and assembles each glyph that appears,in the order of Shuo Wen Jie Zi,and compares other words in the same period.The shape is made into the Eastern Han Dynasty Brick Carving Text Comparison Table.On the basis of the word list,the description and analysis of the heterogeneous and heterogeneous cases of the Eastern Han Dynasty brick carving characters are mainly carried out.The full text is divided into four chapters:The first chapter analyzes and demonstrates the value,significance and feasibility of the topic selection of the thesis,introduces the current research status of the brick writing in the Eastern Han Dynasty,and explains the contents,ideas and methods of the brick writing research in the Eastern Han Dynasty.In the second chapter,in order to better describe the writing of Chinese characters in the Eastern Han Dynasty,the basic strokes are briefly described,and then the different writing and heterogeneous words discussed in this paper are defined.Secondly,from the three layers of strokes,components and knots,the description of the different characters in the brick carvings of the Eastern Han Dynasty is described.Thirdly,the heterogeneous words in the brick characters of the Eastern Han Dynasty are described from four angles: sound,meaning,number of components,and type of writing.Finally,the characteristics of the different writing and heterogeneous characters in the brick carving of the Eastern Han Dynasty are summarized.The third chapter discusses the inheritance source of the brick-shaped characters in the Eastern Han Dynasty and its influence on later generations.The fourth chapter discusses the phenomenon of universal characters appearing in brick-carved characters and puts different views on the unreasonable places in the Chinese Ancient Brick Inscriptions.The conclusion summarizes the paper and clarifies the shortcomings of the paper and the direction in which it can continue to work.
