Lexical chunks are important units for language organization.Lexical chunk is a combination of grammar,semantics and context.It is a combination of individual words and turns them into lexical chunks.But it is not a word or sentence,but an intermediate form between words and sentences.It is an effective way for the development of interlanguage.The lexical chunk teaching method is applied to language teaching,which can greatly improve the teaching efficiency and enlighten the new teaching mode that mobilizes students' interest in learning.The important position of writing in high school English teaching is one of the English language skills that students must master.However,in senior high school,the teaching of English writing is not smooth.It is mainly manifested in the poor teaching effect of writing,the serious problem of inefficiency in the classroom,and the lack of interest in student writing.Writing teaching has developed into a "short board" in senior high school English teaching.Introducing the lexical teaching method in high school English writing teaching,and using writing vocabulary to carry out writing teaching,can improve the efficiency of writing teaching classroom,improve teaching effect,mobilize students' enthusiasm and enthusiasm for learning,and continuously improve students' English level,and then improve high school English.The overall quality of teaching.The theoretical basis of this study is language acquisition theory and psycholinguistics.A variety of research methods,including interviews,questionnaires,observation and comparative analysis,are used to investigate and analyze the coherence,cohesion,writing level,motivation and achievement of student English writing writing.Three issues are discussed in detail.(1)What are the specific problems of high school students' English writing?(2)Does the lexical teaching method help to improve the coherence and cohesiveness of students' English discourse writing?(3)Is the lexical teaching method effective for improving the English writing and performance of high school students?After sorting out and analyzing the research and survey data,the author has the following findings:1.High school students' English writing.At present,there are problems such as the overall lack of student interest,poor writing initiative,fear of writing,and inappropriate learning methods.The learning efficiency of high school sketch writing is low,which is manifested in the incorrect collocation of vocabulary,inaccurate choice of words and sentences,Chinese language use,unreasonable logic of composition,lack of coherence,fluency and authenticity.2.After the application of the lexical pedagogy in the experimental class,the vocabulary use ability of the students,the cohesiveness and coherence of the essays were significantly improved compared with those before the experiment.After the experiment,the English essays of 66.67% of the students were basically smooth,and the vocabulary was used properly and accurately.Cohesiveness and coherence are better.Before the experiment,46.55% of the students in the experimental class were interested in English writing,and 60.35% of them were interested in English writing after the experiment.Mastered a more specific approach to English writing and learning,and the overall quality of English has also achieved continuous development.3.Comparing the results of the two tests,the student composition scores in the experimental class improved by 5.11 points after the experiment.The data shows that the use of lexical pedagogy in English writing teaching has a positive impact on the improvement of students' essay performance.At the same time,it mobilized the enthusiasm of students' English writing and promoted the development of students' good English learning habits.Through this study,the following inspiration are obtained:It is feasible to introduce the lexical teaching method in high school English writing teaching,which has a very positive impact on the improvement of writing teaching effect.With the application of lexical chunk approach,student voca has been increasing and their English writing level has increased significantly.The lexical teaching method mobilizes the enthusiasm and initiative of students' English writing,stimulates writing enthusiasm and forms a good English writing habit.Student English output ability has been well trained,and the cohesion of the composition text is better,more coherence and authenticity.After the introduction of lexical teaching in high school English writing teaching,classroom inefficiency problems have been improved,and students' ability to explore and self-learning has increased.
