Evaluation And Scientific Selection Of Sports Dance Athletes In Chinese Sports Colleges And Universities

In order to promote the healthy development of sports dance in China's sports colleges and universities,this paper explores and analyzes sports dance athletes' personality and scientific selection.Let sports dance coaches in Chinese sports colleges have a more comprehensive and deeper understanding of athletes,and better conduct "individualized teaching".At the same time,it provides some reference data for future sports dance in the scientific selection of reserve talents in China.This paper adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire survey,expert interview,data statistics and the application of "revised Cattell 16 personality factor scale " to test and analyze the personality characteristics of 350 athletes of sports colleges and universities in China.The research results show that:1.Compared with the national norm for college students,male dance-sports athletes are usually rigorous and modest,good at cooperating with others,brave and confident.But we should pay attention to the improvement of music group,stability,independence and self-discipline.Female dance sport athletes usually have an independent and easy-going personality.But we should pay attention to the cultivation of music group,intelligence,perseverance,courage,independence and self-discipline.2.Latin dancers are usually outgoing and adventurous.Standard dancers are rigorous,cautious and innovative,but they need to pay attention to the phenomenon of low excitement.Ten dance athletes should pay attention to avoid the stability and have low perseverance,independence and self-discipline of the personality characteristics.3.Excellent dance sport athletes have similarities in personality.They are usually outgoing,enthusiastic and have a good cultural quality.They are brave,independent and persistent in doing things.Good Latin dancers should avoid those who are too anxious.Good Latin dancers and good male standard dancers should avoid poor independence.Excellent dancers should avoid athletes with low self-discipline.
