Ministry of Education issued in 2009," A number of opinions on the full-time master's degree graduate student training work",stressed the need to establish and improve the education master tutor system to the school mentor-based,outside mentor to participate in the practice process,project research,and the paper and other links to guide the work.Among the factors that affect the quality of masters' education,the outside mentor is the key to influencing the teaching practice ability,and it is the key and decisive factor to cultivate the quality of the master's degree.Therefore,it is very important to build a professional out-of-school mentor team for the master's degree in professional degree education.This study provides an objective and fair evaluation of the full-time master's degree instructor of Guangzhou University.It also offers a targeted reference to the improvement of the construction of the outside tutor.In this study,the author mainly use the literature method,survey method,comparative method and statistical analysis method.Because of the difference of educational system in each country and region,the training program of graduate students is not the same.China and the United States have a relatively mature experience worthy of reference,the author through the combing of domestic and foreign literature combing the domestic and international education master tutor team building research results to conduct a comprehensive collection,access and comparative analysis,to provide fundamental basis for this study.The survey form this study combines questionnaire and interview analysis of the status of the master of education school tutors and problems,through the statistical analysis and evaluation to the master of education school teacher of Guangzhou University by questionnaire and interview records,those were selected for statistical analysis of the data by statistical software,charts and other forms show the results of statistical analysis,improve the scientificity and credibility of this assessment research.This paper mainly studies the problem from three parts: The first part summarizes the extracurricular tutor team of the postgraduates of professional degree education,and expounds the importance and current situation of the construction of the outside instructor team by combinging the relevant literature.The second part through the questionnaire and interviews survey outside the tutor team situation,separately from three aspects including the school teacher,university managers and master of education in three aspects carries on the elaboration,found in the construction of off campus tutor team in question,and in-depth analysis.First of all,the number of extramural teams is insufficient,the quality of it is uneven,and with the degree of master of education and the school teacher is not high enough;secondly,the supervision mechanism is not perfect,resulting in the process of cultivation of extramural Education Master in practice;again,master of education the lack of initiative,can not communicate with school teacher exchanges.In education practice and low efficiency,the practice effect is poor,is not conducive to enhancing the school teacher team construction level.The third part mainly combs the factors influencing the construction of outside instructor team,and puts forward some suggestions.First of all,colleges and universities should make a series of mechanism to strengthen the construction of outside the mentor team,that is "hiring-elimination-training-assessment-supervision-incentive ";and secondly,affirm the social status of the tutor for master's degree of education master,and give some financial subsidies and honor awards to the outside mentors;again,the rational use of mentor resources and strengthen cooperation between teachers and students to achieve sustainable development of outside the tutor team,to create a high level of theoretical and practical experience of the outside mentor team.It is hoped that this study will provide reference for the construction of the master tutor team of full-time degree geography education in Guangzhou University,and also provide some experience for other institutions,and inspire the development of the master's program of education in colleges and universities.
