Research On Productive Protection Policy Of Huizhou Ink-stick Making Skills

The intangible cultural heritage is the essence of Chinese traditional culture and plays an important role in the process of enhancing China's comprehensive strength.Productive protection is an effective means to promote the development of intangible cultural heritage.It refers to the rational development and effective utilization of intangible cultural heritage under the support,guidance and regulation of policies,the transformation of intangible cultural heritage into cultural products by means of tools or traditional techniques,and the circulation and trading in the market,so as to achieve the goal of protecting intangible cultural heritage in development.Nowadays,due to the impact of modern science and technology,talent gap,inadequate propaganda,inadequate funds and raw material prices,some intangible cultural heritage has declined or even lost.How to build a reasonable productive protection system and guide all sectors of society to actively participate in the protection and propaganda of intangible cultural heritage has become the current government and society.Hotspots of concern.Huizhou ink-stick is one of the four treasures of the study.It occupies an important position in the traditional culture and history of China.The production techniques of Hui ink are typical representatives of China's intangible cultural heritage,mainly concentrated in Huangshan City,Anhui Province.Based on the role of the government in the productive protection of Hui ink making technology,this paper summarizes the current situation,existing problems and difficulties of the productive protection policy in the field of Hui ink making technology.On the premise of investigating some Hui ink making enterprises in Huangshan City,this paper summarizes the successful experience of other domestic and foreign similar fields,and raises the existing problems and difficulties.It is hoped that the rationalization suggestions can contribute to the better development of the intangible cultural heritage of Hui ink production technology and the improvement of the productive protection system in China.
