Abstract/Summary:
This research takes middle school teachers as the research object,mainly investigates the status quo of middle school teachers’ subjective well-being,work stress and perceived social support,and studies the relationship between the three.In this study,questionnaire survey,interviews and experimental research were used to investigate middle school teachers.Descriptive statistics,variance analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and other statistical methods were used to deal with the relevant statistical analysis of the effective data.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The subjective well-being index of middle school teachers is medium,and there are significant differences in professional title,subject and grade.(2)Secondary school teachers’ occupational stress is generally moderate,with significant differences in grade and subject.(3)Secondary school teachers’ perception of social support is moderate,and there is no significant difference among demographic variables.(4)Social confidence dimension of subjective well-being of middle school teachers is negatively correlated with occupational stress,while some dimensions are positively correlated with perceived social support,while work stress is negatively correlated with perceived social support.(5)Subjective well-being and perceived social support can significantly predict job stress.The standardized regression equation for the core variable of work stress was work stress=-0.219 *social confidence+0.208 *physical health-0.171 *family support.(6)Understanding that social support partially mediates between subjective well-being and job stress.
