As a member of the medical services industry, nurses face enormous work stress.Nurses’ family responsibilities are also increasing with the domestic government to promote the two-child policy and the arrival of an aging society. Therefore,it is necessary to research the mechanism of work stress on subjective well-being and to explore the role of work-family interferance between them.In study 1,we analyzed the work pressure and subjective well-being of 554 nurses.which based on the work resource-demand model and the identity theory. The main results were summarized as follows:(1)The nurses’ working pressure had a significant negative correlation with their subjective well-being and their work-family facilitation(WFF),and had a significant positive correlation with the work-family conflict(WFC).(2)The nurses’ work stress,work-family conflict and work-family facilitation had a significant predictive effect on their subjective well-being.Nurses’work stress not only directly affected subjective well-being,but also indirectly influenced subjective well-being through work-family relationships.(3)Family support played a regulatory role between work-family facilitation and subjective well-being.(4)Role-identity salience played a regulatory role between work stress and work-family relationships, household role salience mederated the relationship between work stress and work-family conflict, work role salience could significant regulated the relationship between work stress and work-family facilitation. In the study 2,we chose a typical sample on the basis of research on the study lto understand the work pressure, subjective well-being on the individual’s meaning. On the one hand,we proved the work stress through the work-family relationships indire-ctly affected subjective well-being and deeply discussed the mechanism. On the other hand,it explored the problems that had not been revealed on the study one and further explored the regulatory role of nurses’ family support.
