The rapid development of science and technology has provided technical support for the informatization of education,and the emerging technology industry has been continuously promoted and applied to teaching practice,accelerating the process of educational informatization.In order to cater for the development of educational informatization,educational technicians have been conducting in-depth research on teaching practice in order to bring good opportunities and development for the reform of educational informatization.Through investigation and research,it is found that more and more schools have introduced Pad mobile teaching devices into classroom teaching activities.Pad(generally refers to all types of tablet computer)because of its small size,light weight,easy to carry,and has a large number of learning resources and powerful interactive function,it can effectively support classroom teaching,and provide a rich form of teaching organization,constantly playing an increasingly important role in the field of teaching.Based on literature review and a line of classroom teaching view,and combine the characteristics of the English reading and Pad support English reading resources acquisition,classroom interaction,immediate feedback and learning,analysis,and other functions,based on Pad junior middle school English reading teaching design model is constructed and its application to the actual teaching,meet the demand of individuation reading learning,is verified based on the Pad design application in the teaching practice of English reading teaching can effectively enhance the level of junior middle school students English reading ability and reading.This study summarizes the current situation of teaching research and English reading teaching research in Pad environment through literature research.Under the guidance of relevant theories,the important concepts of this study are defined.Based on the requirements of reading in English curriculum standards and the characteristics of English reading teaching,this paper expounds the design principles of English reading teaching based on Pad.Integrating the research route of teaching design,this paper elaborates the process of English reading teaching design based on Pad in junior high school from the three stages of preliminary analysis,teaching process design and teaching evaluation design,and constructs the teaching design model of English reading based on Pad.From the perspective of practical teaching,this paper puts forward five points of reading teaching strategies in order to provide methodological guidance forteachers and help them better carry out teaching activities.By combining the advantages of the English course "Go for it" of the people’s education edition and Pad to support reading teaching,this paper constructs the teaching design of English reading based on Pad in junior high school,and applies the teaching design to experimental teaching.This study carried out two rounds of experimental research to verify the teaching effect of Pad English reading teaching design application.In the first round of experiments,the Pad design is applied to the practice teaching junior high school English reading teaching,the first round of the experimental cycle for a month,after the experiment,through the test,in the form of interview for the experiment teaching effect,ultimately based on the Pad junior middle school English reading teaching design can improve English reading teaching effect.However,according to the feedback from teachers and students in this round of teaching experiment,it is found that there are still some deficiencies in the teaching design of Pad based junior middle school English reading.Therefore,it is necessary to improve and perfect the teaching design of Pad English reading to optimize the teaching design,and carry out the second round of experiments to verify the effectiveness of the teaching design of Pad based on junior middle school English reading.The second round of experiment lasted for one month.After the second round of experiment,the teaching effect was verified by the test questions and interviews.Through comparative analysis of the data of the two rounds of experiments,the following conclusions are finally drawn:(1)Students’ academic performance: after the experimental study,students’ English reading performance has significantly improved compared with that of the pre-test,which indicates that the application of Pad in teaching practice can effectively improve the English reading level of junior high school students.(2)Students’ classroom performance: Pad based on the application of junior high school English reading teaching design in teaching practice can stimulate students’ interest in English reading,improve students’ participation in class,meet students’ personalized reading needs,and effectively improve junior high school students’ English reading ability and English reading level.(3)Teachers’ teaching: the application of Pad based English reading teaching design in teaching practice can effectively promote the communication between teachers and students,and help improve the efficiency of reading teaching;To help teachers understand students’ learning situation,adjust teaching strategies in time according to the analysis of students’ learning situation,and provide targeted guidance to students,which is helpful to carry out personalized teaching;Moreover,it can provide rich teaching organization forms and help teachers to carryout various teaching activities flexibly,which is conducive to improving the teaching quality of English reading and improving the teaching effect of reading.
