Research On Xi Jinping’s Thought Of Rural Cultural Construction

The rural revitalization strategy proposed by the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China is a new meteorological concept and new act for the new era..It is a major strategic measure to solve the "three rural issues" and promote the integration of urban and rural areas under the new historical stage.In the historical context of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,rural revitalization refers to the comprehensive revitalization of politics,economy,culture,society and ecology.Among them,the cultural revitalization,the soul of rural rejuvenation,has abandoned the one-dimensional evaluation index of the past with economic level as the level of rural development.It is a historical and realistic scientific response to the development of China’s "three rural issues" and the history of native China in the new era.Since the 18th National Congress,the new generation of central leadership collectives with Xi Jinping as the core has been based on the people’s pursuit of a better life for free and comprehensive development.They have also combined the background of the times to build a well-off society in an all-round way and enter into the construction of a powerful socialist modernization.Firstly,this paper sorted out the motivations for the formation and development of Xi Jinping’s rural cultural construction thoughts,including theoretical resources,realistic foundations and development contexts.This paper also revealed the important role of rural culture in inheriting and developing Chinese culture,promoting rural rejuvenation and people’s all-round development,and the inevitability of its emergence and development.Secondly,it summarized the content of Xi Jinping’s rural cultural construction thought from the height of national development,and expounded the strategic positioning,basic principles and major tasks of rural cultural construction.It has pointed out the direction for the construction of rural culture.Thirdly,it took Xi Jinping’ s rural cultural construction thought as a guide,and combined it with the current practice of rural cultural construction.From the connotation development of rural culture,the cultural development of urban and rural integration,and the improvement of institutional mechanisms promote sustainable development.It discussed the realization of Xi Jinping’s rural cultural construction thought.At last,from the theoretical perspective,it explained the enrichment and development of Xi Jinping’s rural cultural construction thoughts on the Marxist Sinicization and the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics.From the perspective of reality,it expounded its guiding role in the construction of rural culture and the importance of condensing the main body of rural construction and inspiring the internal motivation of rural rejuvenation.
