Rural Cultural Construction From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization

In the report of the 19 th national congress of The Communist Party of China in 2017,the "Rural Revitalization Strategy" was proposed for the first time,which established the general requirements of "industrial revitalization,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance,and prosperous life".It also pointed out that "the problems of agriculture and rural farmers are fundamental issues related to the national economy and people's livelihood".From 2004 to 2019,China has issued the no.1 central document for 16 consecutive years,which deals with issues related to agriculture,rural areas and farmers.Rural revitalization strategy is on the basis of the socialist new rural construction to further explore the rural social development laws and deepen,in order to more adapt to the current social principal contradiction and puts forward the new idea of the new deployment,is "production development,wealthy life,polite phenomenon,clean and tidy appearance and democratic management" to "prosperous industry,ecological livable,local custom civilization,effective governance,rich life" of the progressive.In this process,it is not difficult to find that the civilization of local customs is the party and the country will not change the goal and requirements,so for rural cultural construction to give advice is to promote the rural real prosperity of the only way.Connecting all nationalities in our country,the booster for the great prosperity and development of sinochem culture,and one of the essential elements for the construction of socialist cultural power and the realization of cultural self-confidence.Rural cultural construction from the perspective of rural revitalization should be measured against the situation.While realizing the progress and development of rural culture itself,new plans should be provided for rural development.The already intertwined rural culture and rural economy,society and ecology should be truly integrated to form a new scene of comprehensive rural development.Rural cultural construction as an important part of developing country,this article is based on the research achievements of domestic and foreign scholars on the rural cultural construction,with the main content of rural revitalization as the breakthrough point,first of all,the concept of culture,rural culture and rural revitalization,as well as the theoretical foundation of the rural culture construction in detail,and understanding in the country under the background of the country the necessity of cultural construction.Secondly,according to the connotation of rural revitalization to explore the content of rural cultural construction,so that rural cultural construction and rural revitalization together,mutual interaction,complementary.Finally,the paper analyzes the challenges that the current rural cultural construction needs to face,and puts forward some paths for the rural cultural construction from the perspective of rural revitalization.
