The children of urban migrant workers refer to the children of migrant workers who have household registration status or farmers, have contracted land, but are mainly engaged in non-agricultural industries and whose main source of income is wages.Children of migrant workers in cities follow their parents and grow up in an unstable environment.Their psychological development is affected to a certain extent. For example, they cannot properly position themselves in the process of self-identification.Compared with local children in the city, they are prone to psychological problems such as inferiority complex and lack of self-identification.However,long-term negative evaluation of themselves will make it difficult for them to truly accept themselves and love themselves.Self-acceptance is an important component of self-awareness,an important prerequisite for a sound personality, and an important factor affecting the social survival of individuals. It affects the individual's mental health, behavioral activities and social interpersonal communication. In life, they often feel inferior because they can't accept themselves and they don't recognize their own values, thus they are hostile to other people. However, they are hard to realize and easily project aggression into the threat of the surrounding environment, which will inevitably bring a series of adverse effects in interpersonal communication and other aspects. Therefore,it is of great practical significance to discuss how to improve the self-acceptance and reduce the aggressiveness of the children of migrant workers in cities. This study will explore the relationship between the two and the influence of targeted group counseling on self-acceptance and aggression. This study is divided into three parts: Study 1,a survey of the self-acceptance and aggressiveness of the children of urban migrant workers and an analysis of the relationship between the self-acceptance and aggressiveness of the children of urban migrant workers;Research 2: Design and verify the effectiveness of targeted group counseling programs.Use targeted group counseling to improve the level of self-acceptance of urban migrant workers' children,so as to improve self-acceptance and reduce their aggressiveness.Study 1 uses cluster sampling method to select 320 children of urban migrant workers as subjects in a primary school and 302 valid subjects to conduct a questionnaire survey.Research 2 designs and verifies that the targeted group psychological counseling program is effective in improving the self-acceptance of the children of migrant workers in cities and further reducing their aggressiveness. The experimental group(35 people),placebo group(35 people)and control group(35 people)were used for comparative experiments, and the experimental group was given 8 times of targeted group psychological counseling. The placebo group was given 7 times of non-targeted group psychological counseling. The control group did not apply any treatment. The results are as follows: Research 1 shows that the self-acceptance of the children of migrant workers in cities is significantly affected by their parents' divorce or not,and whether they hold the class committee or not.Aggression is significantly affected by gender and whether parents are divorced or not.Self-acceptance and its dimensions are significantly negatively correlated with aggressiveness, and self-acceptance has a certain negative predictive effect on aggressiveness.Research 2 shows that targeted group counseling can significantly improve the self-acceptance of the children of migrant workers in cities and reduce their aggressiveness.
