The Relationship And Applied Research Between Self-reveal And Loneliness Of Migrant Workers` Children

Migrant workers` children is a group studying in city and living with their parents who are doing labor works in urban city from rural area,they are shaping the recognition and attitude related to themselves and the relationship with others in their childhood. In the translation from rural life to urban life,they will meet various challenge,especially the discrimination from classmates,not only their parents whose education degree are not so high but also the unfamiliar environment could not give them effective and material help,therefore,this children group could easily become more and more self-closed,self-denying and self-abased,even refuse to express their inner thoughts to individual or group when they are facing a new environment and cannot adapt very well. Self-closed individual always can’t build a good and harmonious peer relationship,this contributes to a highly loneliness in a way. Previous research showed: self-reveal and loneliness have a huge influence in individual’s mental health, higher self-reveal and lower loneliness contribute individual to a better interaction relationship, social adaption ability and self acceptance ability,especially good for child’s study. Previous research have revealed that self-reveal is benefit for forming a well peer relationship,but highly loneliness individual always lost in negative emotions which will lead to various mental problems in the future.Helping them to form a self-reveal behavior habit and reducing their lonely feeling could not only promote their healthy growth but also prepare well for their coming adolescence. Therefore,discussing“How to improving self-reveal and reduce loneliness for migrant workers` children”is benefit for promoting not only their healthy school life,but also our juveniles mental health education level.Growing counselling group is a most widely used counseling group nowadays,it focuses deeply on self-improvement and self-growth of group members,which could change their behaviors validly. Migrant workers` children is in germination stage of forming self consciousness,their growing goal in this stage is self-growth and self-improvement,and get value guide for their rational behaviors. Therefore,it’s feasible to improve the self-reveal by growing counseling group and affect the loneliness via improving self-reveal for migrant workers` children. Research One and Research Two picked 300 migrant workers` children in a school and finally 285 children joined as experimental subjects by group sample to do questionnaire survey.Research Three picked two homogeneous class as a experimental group(30 children) and a control group(30children) apart using the design which measured before and after the experiment,and counseled for the experimental group by growing counseling group for 8 times. The research results as follows:Research One shows: Self-reveal of migrant workers` children is obviously influenced by the factor of grade and class committee; their loneliness is obviously influenced by the factor of class committee and only children.Research Two shows: Self-reveal and it`s dimensions are negative correlated to loneliness and it’s dimensions,and self-reveal can negative forecast obviously to loneliness.Research Three shows: Growing counseling group can obviously improve self-reveal level and reduce loneliness level for migrant workers` children.
