Measurment Of Chinese Provincial Cultural Capital And Its Relationship Of Coupling Coordination Degree With Residents'Income

This paper bases on new economic growth theory and alongs with the relations between researching direction of cultural capital and regional economic.It continues to delve into relations between cultural capital and social economic resource allocation(residents' income).Firstly,the connotation of cultural capital is reinterpreted based on the review of the literature.This paper consideres that the cultural capital is the sum of the regional cultural resources.Under certain conditions,it can be transformed through the production of material products and spiritual products.And it can cause the space circulation of economic goods and services.Cultural capital is regional culture resources combined with structure of multilayered which contains material,system and spirit of culture value.It has four characteristics that are multi-layer,material carrier,scale compensation and cultural capital investment and accumulation which is the extension and inheritance of cultural value.Secondly,it discusses the mutual influence mechanism between cultural capital and resident income.The influence is embodied in cultural capital mainly by promoting the development of human capital,economic growth and social system.At the same time,the income of the residents promotes the cultural capital development mainly through three factors increasing cultural capital investment that are the individual,the industry and the government.In order to study the coupling and coordination relationship between cultural capital and resident income,this paper builds cultural capital estimation index evaluation system and use,s the combination empowennent method to determine the weight of each index for the sake of estimating the Chinese provincial cultural capital for the last decade.Results show that spatiotemporal variation feature of China's provincial cultural capital is zigzag rising in 2006-2015.Population distribution characteristic is three steps development that the east coast is the highest,the central is second and the west is lowest.The Moran's I index indicates that China's regional cultural capital relatively has gathered in the spatial distribution of the similar area.On the basis of estimating the cultural capital and analysis of residents' income,the paper uses the coupling coordination model analysis of the coupling coordination degree of China's provincial cultural capital and residents' income.Results shows that as increasing of income and steady accumulation of cultural capital,regional coupling coordination degree has certain ameliorated in a decade but the spatial distribution still apparently exists differentiation that is highest in eastern and central moderate,west with the lowest level.At the same time,study finds that cultural capital and the income of coupling coordination has more closely associated with regional economic development level that the higher level of regional economic development,the better of cultural capital and the income of coupling coordination.In order to promote regional cultural capital,residents' income and economic development coordination,make achievements of reform and opening to the real benefit of the whole population and narrow regional unbalanced development,the paper puts forward to regional development strategies.They includes that region should attach importance to cultural resources reasonable development and utilization,increase investment in education and culture facilities and promot regional cultural concepts system innovation and so on.
