The Study On The Antonomous Guidance Of The Kwantung Army

The Autonomous Guidance Department of the Kwantung Army(Kwantung Army refers to the Japanese army stationed in Northeast China during the AntiJapanese War)was established in Northeast China from November 10~thh in 1931 to March 15~thh in 1932,for four mouths.It is a puppet regime organization taking"Autonomy"as the purpose which composes of“Japanese in Manchuria”and traitors.This paper takes the Autonomous Guidance Department of the Kwantung Army as the main research object,focusing on the background,process and influence of the establishment of the Autonomous Guidance Department,and starting from the political,economic and cultural aspects,combing the history of the Autonomous Guidance Department in an all-round way,in order to expose the ambition of the Kwantung Army which is to use the Autonomous Guidance Department to control the Northeast China.The main body of this paper is discussed from four aspects.The first part combs the policy changes of British and American aggression against Japan after the outbreak of the September 18~thh Incident,the beginning of issuing the policy of“Autonomy”of the Kwantung Army and the support of Japanese right-wing groups in action.It also analyses the background of the establishment of the Autonomous Guidance Department of the Kwantung Army.Through the publicity means of the Autonomous Guidance Department of the Kwantung Army and the role played by Yu Chonghan's political views and opinions,this paper expounds the establishment process of the Autonomous Guidance Department.It analyses the conspiracy and planning of the Kwantung Army to use the Autonomous Guidance Department to deceive world public opinion and try to strip Northeast China out of China's territory and then classify it into the territory of Japan.The second part,taking Fengtian Municipal and its Autonomous Guidance Departments of counties and districts as the main line,analyses the specific steps of Kwantung Army in presiding over the planning of Autonomous Guidance Departments from the aspects of publicity activities,the status of autonomy and the personnel composition of Autonomous Guidance Departments of counties and districts.Among them,the early activities of the Autonomous Guidance Departments and the“Autonomous”organs of counties in the police station,fiscal and taxation system,personnel appointment and other aspects also play a great role in the establishment of the Puppet Manchukuo.Has revealed that the Autonomous Guidance Department was dissolved nominally on March 15~thh in 1932 by praising the“merits”of the Autonomous Guidance Department and mobilizing the establishment of the“Jianguo Promotion Movement Conference”to prepare for the“new regime”of the Puppet Manchukuo.It actually became a part of the Puppet Manchukuo Government.The third part Meanwhile,it also summarizes the“catalyst”role played by the disbandment of the Autonomous Guidance Department for the establishment of the Puppet Manchukuo by the Kwantung Army.The Autonomous Guidance Department is an aggressive backup organization that tries to divide Northeast China in many aspects,such as ideology,culture and life,and fool the Chinese people in an attempt to cooperate with the Kwantung Army to achieve a complete“legitimate”occupation of Northeast China.In additional,It comments on the Autonomous Guidance Department of the Kwantung Army,revealing its political planning of“independence”in Northeast China,economic and cultural alienation from Northeast China's links with the mainland,and the training of a large number of nuclear personnel to serve the Puppet Manchukuo.This paper makes a deep analysis of the sinister intentions of the Kwantung Army to separate northeastern China from Chinese territory by establishing an Autonomous Guidance Department and gradually advancing the pace of aggression until the establishment of a puppet Manchu regime in China.In short,the Kwantung Army planned to set up an Autonomous Guidance Department to promote the so-called“good governance”doctrine under the pretext of“King Taoism”and deceive the people of Northeast China by using beautiful and gorgeous publicity slogans.Through merging the four northeastern provinces of China under the so-called“autonomy”policy,the people of northeast China were completely subjugated to Japanese rule in ideology,system and culture.
