Since ancient times,China has recorded “The singer is on the top,performer of the bamboo,the most valuable is the voice ”,it can be seen that vocal music plays an important role in music.The Ancient Chinese Singing Theory has experienced great development from ridiculous to prosperous,these Singing Theories explore vocal music from various aspects,and the content involved is very wide,which provides valuable information for us to study Ancient Chinese Singing Theory.This thesis starts with the Ancient Chinese singing theory,Based on the historical development perspective,systematically sort out the records of the “Word and Cavity”involved in the singing theory,and uses the literature retrieval method and analysis method comparative with the formation of the concept and how to achieve “ Clear articulation and a mellow and full tune ” for in-depth study.On this basis,compare with the western vocal singing method that was later introduced to China from the aspects of language and aesthetics,explore the personality and commonality of the “ Word and Cavity ”,and absorb the essence of the two singing methods to guide the author to be correct in the future,sing a variety of different styles of vocal music to solve some technical problems.
