In a broad sense,the dissemination of cultural heritage is a process of value convergence and the ultimate goal is to evoke the public's spontaneous participation in its protection and inheritance.And now,it meets new opportunities for “the Belt and Road Initiative” provides further endorsements and requirements.With the communication among the civilizations along the line-region being more frequent,the dissemination range has expanded widely through finding the useful way to protect and inherit the cultural heritage and the cooperation among countries has being a trend.In addition,the development of 5G technology has made the high bandwidth-dependent applications such as VR,AR,MR,4K Ultra HD channels develop fast,making the cultural heritage dissemination much easier.Though the favorable policy and technology have promoted the dissemination of Chinese contemporary cultural heritage deeply,it still necessary to find more effective ways to achieve the ultimate participation goal through analyzing the current situation.And thus,this paper intends to sort out the existing problems of the cultural heritage's dissemination through the classification and analysis of its literature and cases,and then redefine them from four aspects: academic communication,official communication,mass communication and commercial communication.To achieve this,the Grand Canal selected as a World Cultural Heritage on June 22,2014 becomes the sample for its trans-space-time trait which makes it be a complex of Chinese material cultural heritage,intangible cultural heritage and natural cultural heritage.By the literature research methods,content analysis methods and case studies,etc.,this paper finds that there are problems such as steady-state failures,hard-to-implement,polarization of participation and partial bias of commercial communication in the four aspects above.Finally,through analyzing the causes and proposes countermeasures,the paper attempts to make effective dissemination of cultural heritage more possible.
