Research On Construction Path And Countermeasure Of Hangzhou Section Of Grand Canal Cultural Belt

Since the Sui and Tang Dynasties,the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal has played an important role in social and economic development and cultural exchanges as the main traffic artery between the north and the south.In 2014,the Grand Canal of China was successfully selected into the World Cultural Heritage List as a world cultural heritage and national cultural symbol,which requires us to better protect,inherit and utilize it.In 2017,General Secretary Xi Jinping gave important instructions on the protection and inheritance of the historical and cultural resources of the Grand Canal and the construction of the Grand Canal Cultural Belt.The provinces and municipalities along the canal began to act quickly to formulate the development plan of the Grand Canal Cultural Belt.Hangzhou section of the Grand Canal is an important part of the Grand Canal Cultural Belt.Exploring its construction path and countermeasures will help our country build the Grand Canal Cultural Belt and provide reference for provinces and cities along the canal.Hangzhou,as the pioneer of comprehensive canal protection,has achieved initial results in the protection,inheritance and utilization of canals,but there are still some deficiencies in all aspects.In the aspect of canal protection,there are some problems,such as unbalanced ecological protection and management,incomplete heritage protection and urgent improvement in management.In the aspect of inheritance of canal culture,there are some problems,such as insufficient understanding of canal culture by citizens,insufficient forms of canal cultural activities,single propaganda subject of canal culture,and in the aspect of utilization of canal cultural resources,Hangzhou.The positioning of the tourism brand of the Canal is not clear enough,the connotation of the Canal culture is not deep enough,the development type of Canal Cultural Creation Park is relatively centralized,the construction of talent team is not perfect enough,and the culture needs to be strengthened,which has a great space for improvement.This article closely adheres to the basic direction of "protection","inheritance" and "utilization",and promotes the construction of Hangzhou section of the Grand Canal Cultural Belt from three aspects: protection,inheritance and utilization.Protecting the canal well requires protecting the cultural heritage and the ecological environment of the canal,we have to explore and expand more targets for protection around the canal,not only focus on the heritage area,but also broaden the protected targets from the dot face to all-around spread out,thus,we can make sure the canal is under comprehensive protection;strengthening the ecological management and the construction of ecological corridors in some regions,realizing the coordinated development of ecological protection and management in all areas along the Hangzhou Canal,and building a coherent ecological corridor.In order to inherit the canal culture well,we should give full play to the role of human beings,activate the cultural heritage of the canal,combine the cultural heritage of the canal with the cultural activities of the inhabitants;construct the canal cultural corridor to strengthen the understanding of the canal culture of the citizens;enrich the forms of canal cultural activities,so that the canal culture can be inherited in the diversified activities,thus forming a social atmosphere for the propaganda of the whole people.Make good use of the cultural resources of the canal,vigorously develop the canal tourism industry and cultural creative industries,give full play to the advantages of the canal cultural tourism,build the canal tourism brand,and enhance the competitiveness of the canal cultural tourism;construct high-quality canal cultural and creative industry park,optimize the mechanism of cultivating and introducing cultural and creative talents,strengthen the exchange and cooperation between cities along the canal,develop the "cultural +" integration project,and improving the quality of cultural and creative industries along the canal in Hangzhou.
