Study On The Responsibility Ethics Of The Construction Of The Demonstration Area Of Ecological Civilization

Ecological civilization attaches great importance to the ethical relationship between man and nature,and embodies a new turn of value.With the continuous deepening of the construction of ecological civilization,the ethics of responsibility has gradually entered the eyes of the people.To solve the ecological problem,from the ethical point of view,it is more necessary to establish the corresponding responsibility mechanism.In the construction of ecological civilization,the ecological responsibility of the main body of government,enterprises and the public can be clearly defined,so as to better solve the real ecological problems.Jiangsu province is one of the provinces with rapid ecological civilization construction.Since the construction of the national ecological civilization demonstration area,many regions of Jiangsu and central Jiangsu have become an important regional ecological civilization demonstration area.In this paper,ethics,responsibility ethics as the theoretical basis,to the Soviet Union in the ethics of responsibility in the construction of ecological civilization demonstration area as an example,in-depth analysis and research of ethical responsibility problem of ecological civilization construction in China,through the analysis of ethical responsibility in the construction of ecological civilization is a common problem,and summarize the research on the construction of ecological Jiangsu civilization demonstration area construction responsibility ethics achievements,reveals the ethical responsibility of its problems,different ethical responsibility to discuss government departments,enterprises and the public to the three different subjects,according to the special problems of ecological civilization construction of common problems of ethical responsibility in the construction of ecological civilization and the Soviet Union in the demonstration area,is proposed aiming at the ethical countermeasures of.Through the study,the main ideas and innovations formed in this paper are as follows:First,take responsibility ethics as the theoretical support,examine the ethical liability problems existed in Jiangsu in the construction of ecological civilization,combined with the reality of the Soviet Union in the analysis and study of the relationship,in the construction of ecological civilization in different subject rights,responsibilities and benefits,put forward the guidance of government departments and administrative personnel,enterprises and the public and other actors teamwork and responsibility and pursuit of value,in order to facilitate the internal power deeply stimulate the construction of ecological civilization.Second,the ecological civilization and ethical responsibility research based on the situation of the practice of the construction of ecological civilization demonstration area contact Su in carrying out comprehensive research,the research of combining theory and practice,to provide theoretical and practical support to solve the problem of ethical responsibility demonstration area of ecological civilization construction in the.Third,Research on responsibility ethics problems in government departments,administrative personnel,enterprises and the public of different subjects,different subjects of responsibility and ethical problem existing in the construction of ecological civilization,and on the basis of the cause of the problem in-depth analysis,put forward through the establishment of subject responsibility ethic is the correct concept of education,and strengthen the responsibility create ethical accountability and supervision mechanism,establish the responsibility ethics system,create a whole society responsible ethical atmosphere measures in the system and thought of the main behavior constraints and norms,so as to provide sustainable soft constraint system for the construction of ecological civilization.
