From Wu Wenguang To Kang Jianning:Research On The Image Expression Of China's Independent Documentary In 90s

The course of Chinese image development is following the birth of film,and gradually forming its own cultural characteristics and image expression.However,China's documentary has long been an official discourse expression under the dominant discourse and authority of the mainstream culture and system,since the 90 s of last century,the independent documentary movement of China has established the independent expression and discourse pattern of documentaries.This thesis is from the beginning of Wu Wenguang's creation to the maturity of Kang Jianning's creation,and completes a ten year course of China's independent documentary and its movement from enlightenment to maturity in 90 s of the last century.The thesis is based on the studies of Wu Wenguang,Lv Xinyu,Zhang Tongdao,Zhu Qingjiang and Wang Weici,and China's independent documentary movement in 90 s will be placed in the course of the world's non drama films,deriving From Bazan,Wiseman,Michael Rabiger,Eric Barnouw and Barsam's theory and creation about the original state and the scene of documentary,this framework is divided into three aspects to construct topic.The topic is not based on the traditional chronological time to sort out the context of the documentary movement,it begins with the early creation of independent documentary,and takes Wu Wenguang's creation as the independent spirit of documentary;The second level takes Duan Jinchuan's director's creation,and integrates other representative important works and the director creation to bear the documentary image expression;Finally,taking Kang Jianning's documentary creation to realize the live cognition and residence of the collective space of China's independent documentary.The study of the China's independent documentary movement in 90 s shows that the original scene of the documentary is the basic unit for the image expression of the camera lens,not the director.
