The Study Of Yan Gengwang

Yan Gengwang(1916-1996)is a famous historian in modern China and is well known for studying the history of Chinese political system and Chinese historical geography.The study of Yan's history of Chinese political system has been carried out by many scholars before,but most of them focus on Yan's history of Qin and Han Dynasties,Sui and Tang Dynasties,the political system of Yan's Wei,Jin,Southern and Northern Dynasties,especially the local administrative system of Wei,Jin,Southern and Northern Dynasties.As is well known,the Wei,Jin,Southern and Northern Dynasties political system bears the Qin and Han Dynasties,and it is in a key pivotal position.And the study of the political system of Yan's complete system,the Wei,Jin,Southern and Northern Dynasties are also in the important position of the inheritance.In other words,without the study of Yan's political system in Wei,Jin,Southern and Northern Dynasties,it is impossible to see the academic integrity of Yan's.Therefore,this paper tries to make a systematic and comprehensive study of Yan Gengwang's historical thoughts from the perspective of the local administrative system of the Wei,Jin,Southern and Northern Dynasties.It tries to summarize Yan Gengwang's historical thoughts on the basis of seeking truth from facts,so as to promote the development of today's academic research.The full text is mainly composed of the introduction,the main body of the three chapters and the conclusion.The introduction part explains the research significance of this paper,the current research status of Yan Gengwang and the thinking of some problems in this paper.The first chapter mainly introduces Yan Gengwang's research achievements in the history of Qin and Han Dynasties,Sui and Tang Dynasties,so as to highlight yan's academic contribution in the history of China's local administrative system.The second chapter mainly focuses on the political system design of the local administrative system of the Wei,Jin,Southern and Northern Dynasties,and analyzes the achievements and gains and losses of Yan's research on the local administrative system of the Wei,Jin,Southern and Northern Dynasties combined with the specific political system.The third chapter mainly combines Yan Gengwang's research on the local administrativesystem of Wei,Jin,Southern and Northern Dynasties to explore the specific connotation of Yan's view on history,culture and people's livelihood.The conclusion part summarizes and evaluates Yan's historical thoughts,thus revealing the enlightenment and reference significance of Yan Gengwang's historiography to today's academic circles.
