A Collection And Compilation And Research Of Sui Chao Zi

Pre-Qin Dynasty is the gestation and development period of ancient Chinese ideology and culture.At this stage,a hundred schools of thought emerged simultaneously,and various schools of thought led to great prosperity in academic history.Sui Chao was a member of the Warring States Scholars,a disciple of Mozi,and one of the representatives of Mohism.His thought originated from Mohism,and was based on Mozi's thought.He absorbed Confucianism and formed his own unique academic characteristics.Although Sui Chao is a Mohist,his theory is actually between Confucianism and Mohism,showing a transitional state.The book of the Sui Chao Zi is now lost,and its relevant information is only scattered in some ancient books.This article aims to make a more comprehensive study of Sui Chao and his book by collecting and sorting out the materials,compiling the lost books of Sui Chao Zi.This is not only of great significance to his own ideological research,but also a supplement to the culture of Pre-Qin scholars,especially to the study of Mohist theory.The article is divided into three parts: The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the basis and significance of topic selection,research ideas and methods and research status.The second part is to follow Sui Chao and his book.This part mainly introduces the disputes related to Sui Chao.Bibliographic Description of Sui Chao Zi and Various editions.As well as the analysis of the main ideas of Sui Chao.The third part is the collation and explication of the lost articles in Sui Chao Zi.It mainly consists of three parts: explanatory notices,collating and annotating of lost articles and appendices.
