As a typical example of the emigrant in the Sixteen Kingdoms Period, the emigrant in Wuliang is very important to grasp the historical track of the rise and fall of the Wuliang regime, the migration of the population, the ethnic integration and the construction and evolution of Hexi administrative geography.Starting from the aspects of Hexi-Longyou transportation, nationality and population in the historical evolution of the Han and Wei Dynasties, this paper investigates He-long emigrants in the period of the Sixteen Kingdoms on the basis of previous studies. It mainly makes a systematic and comprehensive textual research and sorting out the process of the emigrant in the territory of the Wuliang regimes, and then analyses the source of the emigrant, and combines the historical situation and geographical environment. It also explores the evolution trend, characteristics, survival status and influence of these emigrants settled prefectures, counties and counties in Wuliang and beyond, and combs the emigrants settled by the regimes around Wuliang in He-long incidentally. Then it makes a case study of Hexi Kuaiji, which is a typical emigrant settlement in Wuliang.Taking Dunhuang and Turpan documents as the center,it makes a re-study of the "quasi-administrative areas" in the period of Wuliang from a new perspective. The Wuliang District is the further development of Liangzhou in the Han,Wei,Western Jin and its counties and counties, reflecting the complex background of a specific historical period, and then affecting the administrative divisions of the Northern Dynasty,Sui and Tang Dynasties. The Wuliang emigrants and its townships, villages and cattles,as quasi-political zones, play an important role. They are of universal and typical significance in Hexi. They mostly take the emigrant as the main body and cohere together with political, military or economic relations. They have become the key factors influencing the current situation, political and military situation and preserving the national culture in the critical period.Their abandonment and evolution are to a great extent. It shows thecomplicated political relations in the period of the Sixteen Kingdoms and the Northern and Southern Dynasties.
