Asymmetric Research On "Negative + Interrogative + X" And "interrogative + Negative + X"

Language asymmetry has always been the focus of linguistic research at home and abroad.Language has phonetics,vocabulary,affirmative and negative,and syntactic asymmetry.And there are also asymmetries between different languages.It can be said that the asymmetry of language is the essential attribute of language.The author aims to study asymmetry related to Chinese word order,because this kind of asymmetry is closely related to deep syntactic factors in language.Chinese lacks morphology.Semantic transformation of deep structure is often accomplished by formal transformation of surface structure.Then a couple of specific example of "Negative + Interrogative Pronoun + X" and "Interrogative Pronoun + Negative + X" are selected as the breakthrough point to study the asymmetry phenomenon in depth,to provide the latest basis for the asymmetric attribute of Chinese.And the author uses the modern marker theory,subjectivity and grammaticalization theory on the diachronic plane to explain it.At the same time,it provides a theoretical basis for the application of teaching Chinese as a foreign language.The first chapter is the introduction.This part introduces the research background,research status,topic value,corpus sources and research ideas of asymmetry in modern Chinese.Based on the asymmetry of word order,this paper takes "negative word + interrogative word + X" and "interrogative word + negative word + X" as examples to explore the syntactic differences behind word order.The second chapter introduces the object and theoretical basis of this study,including the non-interrogative use of interrogative pronouns,the classification of asymmetric studies,the definition of negative words"?"and"?/??",and the explanation of the syntactic components of"X"in the construction.Chapter three makes a concrete analysis of interrogative pronouns.Negative words are combined with seven interrogative pronouns to analyze the same and different logical semantics,syntactic structure and argument structure,focus structure and information object,as well as the tolerance of special negation of different word orders after integration.It is concluded that the two constructions belong to different constructions and are asymmetric.The four chapter introduces the theoretical reasons for the asymmetry of the two constructions.It is analyzed from the perspective of markedness theory,subjectivism,grammaticalization and focus theory.Finally,it summarizes the main contents and conclusions of this paper,and points out the innovation and shortcomings of this paper.
