This paper selects the non-interrogative usages of the interrogative pronouns in the teaching of Chinese to the foreigners as the point of tangency because there are many kinds of non-interrogative usages of the interrogative pronouns. They are very complicated and appear very often. To the foreigners who learn Chinese, these non-interrogative usages are both hard to understand and to grasp. So there are both theoretic significance and practical value in studying them.With questionnaire of the learning of the interrogative pronouns of the foreign students, this paper reconstructs the order of the acquisition of the non-interrogative usages of the interrogative pronouns of the foreigners so as to make up the study on the order of the acquisition of the non-interrogative usages of the interrogative pronouns in the teaching of Chinese to the foreigners and provide useful reference to the teaching of Chinese. There are five chapters in this paper.The first chapter, introduction .Non-interrogative usage of interrogative pronouns is defined. The significance of selecting the topic and the theory and method for study are elaborated briefly. The getting of the language materials and the problems to be solved are illustrated briefly.The second chapter is the summary of the study of the non-interrogative usages of the interrogative pronouns and summing up comprehensively of the study on the non-interrogative usages of the interrogative pronouns made by the predecessors and contemporary scholars. The achievements and characteristics of non-interrogative usages of the interrogative pronouns are summed up and the main achievements during this period are evaluated.The third chapter is about the questionnaire. This chapter is on the design of the questionnaire, selecting of the persons be investigated, the extending, and taking back of the questionnaire. The investigation data is counted up and analyzed. The condition of the acquisition of the non-interrogative usages of the interrogative pronouns is analyzed.The fourth chapter is the study on the order of the acquisition of non-interrogative usages of the interrogative pronouns. On the basis of summing up the non-interrogative usages of the interrogative pronouns in BOYA CHINESE, shui (谁) ,shenme (什么) ,nar (哪儿) ,zenme (怎么) etc. are studied and the order of the acquisition of non-interrogative usages of the interrogative pronouns of the foreigners is reconstructed.The fifth chapter is the significance of the teaching of Chinese to the foreigners. Comparison between the reconstruction of the acquisition order and BOYA CHINESE is made. Superficial view on the teaching of the non-interrogative usages of the interrogative pronouns is put forward.
