The core melody of Yuli folk songs is closely related to the local folk songs which are very old but small in scale and free to sing.Yuli folk songs are mainly spread in Yuli County and surrounding towns such as Karquwei Township,Dunkuotai Township and Aksufu Township. The poor natural conditions in Yuli County are the ecological basis of folk songs, and the endless love words are the expression of folk songs.Emotional basis. The aborigines living in Yuli County used to be called "Rob people".According to relevant historical records, they did not eat grain but only sailed on the lake to catch fish for food. However,in recent decades, their production and life style have changed greatly, and they no longer live solely by fishing and hunting, but mainly by farming. The composition of the inhabitants has also changed greatly, through and the local Uygur. The integration of ethnic residents is now collectively called "Uygur".The expression of folk songs reflects the way of production and life such as "farming, fishing and hunting, grazing".In this way,the multiple production methods derive a very local form of Yuli folk songs.About 20 years ago, after the artist's processing and adaptation of ballads, theoriginal ballads were sublimated and more artistic. In 2008,"Yuli County Uygur Folk Song" was approved as a national intangible cultural heritage project.Driven by the impact of the modernization wave and some slogans of "innovation and development",the protection and inheritance of Yuli Folk Song are facing a huge crisis. The author observed the survival status of Yuli Folk Song through on-the-spot investigation in Yuli County, and consulted the protection side of intangible cultural heritage.Based on the relevant literature, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the protection and inheritance of "Yuli Folk Song".
