Novice primary school teachers are an important part of the teaching team,The professional development of the novice teacher's teaching ability is related to the overall teaching quality and cultural atmosphere of the school.At present,the novice primary school teachers in our country generally face the dilemma of insufficient teaching ability,the most prominent of which is the lack of teaching design ability.Therefore,the key to improving the teaching level of novice teachers is the improvement of teaching design ability.This paper takes the improvement of the teaching design ability of novice primary school teachers as the research purpose,and selects four novice primary school English teachers as the research objects,and tries to use the training method of lesson study,combined with interview and classroom observation.The research carried out a one-year action study on the research subjects,and scientifically verified the improvement effect of lesson study on the training of novice teachers' teaching design ability.Through the above behavioral research,the author hopes to explore new ways to improve the teaching design ability of novice primary English teachers with four novice English teachers,and then improve their overall teaching ability,and finally achieve their personal professional development.Based on the above consideration,the author premeditating the current of teaching practice and status of novice primary school teachers,combined with the useful training models at domestic and foreign,makes the following considerations for this article:The background section of the first paragraph mainly introduces the current dilemma of the teaching ability of novice primary school teachers,analyzes the research significance of lesson study as the training means,and introduces the related concepts of lesson study and teaching design ability.Also includes the theoretical basis of novice teacher training.In the second paragraph,the primary school teachers in the Haigang District of Qinhuangdao were used as samples.The questionnaire survey were used to analyze the common problems of the novice teacher training,to define the research questions and research objects,and to take lesson study for the four novice primary school English teachers as the training model.The third part of the research process uses lesson study as the entry point for two rounds of action research.The results of the study are based on the empirical study of the effectiveness of lesson study on the improvement of the teaching design capabilities of the four team members.The fourth paragraph summarizes the experience of lesson study and the overall impact on novice teachers,and summarizes the successful implications of cultivating novice teachers' teaching design capabilities.And the overall research reflection from the two aspects of action research and lesson study.It verifies the positive impact of the lesson study is an effective way to improve the teaching design ability of novice teachers at multiple angles.
