With the developing of China's reform and opening policy and the continuous improvement of global economic power,the enthusiasm for learning Chinesesharply rising around the world.To meet the demand of the growing Chinese learning of the world,our country successively set up Confucius institute all over the world.Kazakhstan is next to China geographically,therefore,kazakhstan has established deep friendship with China long time ago,especially since the reform and openingpolisy established.The economy,politics and cultural exchanges between China and kazakhstan are increasingly close,which also directly stimulating the enthusiasm of the kazakh people learning Chinese.At the same time,it is alsoputting forward higher requirements for the Chineseto nurture good foreign language teachers.But Chinese teachers who work in kazakhstanappeared a series of education teaching problems,which is especially obviousin among the yang teachers.So in this paper we disgusses and summarizes the factors of affecting teachers,and put forward the corresponding strategies in order to promote teachers' practical ability.Through the study,through literature analysis,questionnaire investigation and interview method,I found that the influence factors of affectingis mainly composed of two parts,namely the teachers' own factors and external environent factors.At the same time,the two main factors caused by the different sub factors.Finally,according to the results of the study,I put forward the corresponding strategies to promote Chinese as a foreign language teachers' practical ability.Innovation point of this study is to analyze theChinese as a foreign language teachers' psychological factors,namely the teachers' psychological ability to adapt.In this study we also found that the lack of teachers' ability to adapt is also the important factor for the formation of prevent the teachers' practical abilityThis study aims to further understand the factors affecting the development of their practice ability among Chinese as a foreign language teacher in the education teaching processin kazakhstan.Through research on kazakhstan,we can dig out the common problems existing in the education teaching process of Chinese teacher around the world,and put forward feasibility strategies according to the existing problems.
