Research On Hua Leng's "Inner Mongolia Summary"

Inner Mongolia region is located in the northern part of China,which is related to the overall situation of security in the northern part of China and an important barrier for defending the capital.Before and after the entrance of the Qing dynasty,with the attachment of monan Mongolia,it began to set up effective rule and control in Inner Mongolia.The rulers of the Qing Dynasty paid special attention to the repair of the local chronicles in order to strengthen the rule,and the origin of local Chronicles in Inner Mongolia is due to the appearance of its frontier functions.Since the Qing Dynasty,the compilation of local chronicles in Inner Mongolia has been carried out one after another,but the objects of repairing are mainly concentrated in the areas of the central and western Inner Mongolia.The vast Mongolian League flag has hardly repaired local chronicles.In the 19 th century,with the increasingly prominent crisis in Russia's vast northern frontiers,some people of insight realized and called for the defense of the frontiers,He Qiutao compiled "shuofang Preparation",but in general the number of such works is still small.After the establishment of the Republic of China,the political disorder and the turmoil in the frontiers were in a state of internal and external difficulties,the independence of outer Mongolia endangers Inner Mongolia,and the request of "21 article" makes the border crisis in Inner Mongolia receive much attention.The field investigation of a group of men of insight led to the upsurge of "revising the annals in troubled times" in Inner Mongolia.Hualeng's Inner Mongolia summary was published at that time.With its unique perspective and development as the main line,the author put forward a series of Suggestions and measures to warn the compatriots against the enemy.While collecting and utilizing a large amount of relevant historical materials in China,many Japanese and Russian literatures were cited,the first general chronicle in Inner Mongolia during the republic of China was written.The five volumes of the Inner Mongolia summary,which elaborate on the customs,economic development,frontier functions,and educational concepts,are of great significance to the study of politics,economy,development and planning,strengthen the border defense,resist foreign invasion in Inner Mongolia.At present,the domestic papers and works on the monograph of "Inner Mongolia summary" are rather weak.It can be said that Hualeng himself and his works have not attracted enough attention and research in the academic circle.Based on the previous research results of local Chronicles,this paper attempts to make a comprehensive and systematic analysis,discussion and research on the background,author,edition,publication and circulation,style characteristics,content composition,author's views and related issues of Hualeng and its "Inner Mongolia summary" by combining historical materials and facts.In order to reflect the value and status of this work in the study of the local history of Inner Mongolia,and affirm the value of its research on the documents and historical materials in the local history of ethnic minorities.This paper is divided into four parts to discuss the Hualeng and Inner Mongolia summary,Firstly,it combines the problems of the Inner Mongolian border crisis and the author's personal experience in the early years of the Republic of China to elaborate the background of the book of Inner Mongolia summary.Secondly,from the version and style characteristics of the Inner Mongolia summary,to study and understand this book.Thirdly,from the study of the Inner Mongolia summary,which reflects the development and changes of the Mongolian region,summarizes and analyzes the viewpoints and suggestions of Hualeng on the development of the Mongolian region and strengthens the borders.Finally,it analyzes the literature value and historical value of the book.
