Current Situation And Countermeasure Research On Quality Management Of Art Talents Training In Colleges And Universities

Today,with the steady development of the connotation of higher education and the acceleration of the construction of "double first-class" and high-level universities,improving the quality of higher education personnel training is the core element of the connotation-based development of universities,and training high-quality specialized personnel is the core task of building high-level universities.The quality of art talents training in Colleges and universities plays an irreplaceable special role in improving the humanistic quality of the whole nation and promoting modernization.This paper takes Henan non-art colleges and universities as an example,and takes the present situation of quality management and Management Countermeasures of art talents training in Colleges and universities in Henan Province as the research object.In order to fully and scientifically grasp the current situation of the training quality of art professionals in Colleges and universities in Henan Province,this paper,through on-the-spot visits,face-to-face interviews and questionnaires,understands the quality management process and management effect of the training quality of art professionals in Colleges and universities in Henan Province.While summing up the basic experience,it focuses on the quality of the training of art professionals.Management problems and their causes are analyzed,and finally management countermeasures are put forward.This study refers to the quality management of art talents cultivation in ordinary universities,mainly including the quality management process of art talents cultivation,the quality assurance of art talents cultivation,the quality control of art talents cultivation,the information management of teaching quality inspection of art talents and the improvement of the quality of art talents cultivation.Through the research,it is found that there are the following problems in the quality management of artistic talents training in non-art colleges and universities in Henan Province: too much administrative power,insufficient investment in education funds;insufficient strict quality management of students,unscientific talent training programs,unreasonable composition of teachers,lack of prominence of professional characteristics;imperfect social service management system,talent training clubs.The objectives of social service quality are not clear enough,and the guarantee of social service quality for personnel training is not perfect enough.In view of these problems,this study uses the theory of education quality management and total quality management to analyze the reasons from the three main levels of government,universities and society.These reasons mainly include:the government's function in quality management of art talents training is not fully played,reflected in the lack of financial support,inadequate policies,regulations and systems,and the lack of government evaluation standards.Perfect and so on;There are inadequate functions in the quality management of art talents training in Colleges and universities,which are reflected in the lack of standardization of quality management system,inadequate quality management system,inadequate quality control links,inadequate quality improvement work,etc.There are social problems such as inadequate quality management system,inadequate quality control links of social services,and social services.Quality assurance is not sound enough.Focusing on the main problems existing in the quality management of artistic talents training in Colleges and universities in Henan Province,and aiming at the main reasons for the problems,this study puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the quality management of artistic talents training in non-art colleges and universities,including strengthening the construction of macro-management system of talent training quality at the government level,perfecting relevant policies and regulations,and increasing financial resources.At the University level,we should constantly strengthen the main responsibility consciousness of talent training quality management,constantly establish and improve the quality management system of art professionals training,improve the quality control link of art professionals training,and improve the quality assurancesystem of art professionals training;at the social level,we should constantly establish and improve talent training quality assurance system.To improve the quality management system of social service,to improve the management system of social service for personnel training,to establish and improve the goal of social service quality for personnel training,to strengthen the quality control of personnel training,and to provide the guarantee of social service quality for personnel training.
