include: lack of distinctive professional training;irreconcilable professional teacher-student ratio;unsound professional teaching supervision.External attributions include: supply-constrained external development environment;professional teaching practice lacking resources;professional results transformation with insufficient linkage.(2)The study pointed out that three important factors affecting the quality of music professional training in colleges and universities are: quality standards for talent training, talent training models and subjective initiative.According to the research and analysis, the impact of the quality standards for music professional training in colleges and universities is mainly composed of clarifying professional training objectives, providing professional teaching standards, and evaluating professional teaching quality;the impact of the talent training model is mainly composed of changing the concept of talent training and setting professional special courses, enriching the composition of professional teaching models;the influence of subjective initiative is mainly composed of improving the effectiveness of leadership management, motivating teachers'
