The Shaping And Presentation Of Medical Images In Virtual Emergency Situations

Medical drama is an artistic expression of the problems in the development of medical industry in the real society.One of the characteristics of emergency work is strong randomness,and the second is strong timeliness.Due to the particularity and complexity of emergency work,medical drama presents different expressions in the construction of emergency doctors and nurses.For this group has a detailed comprehensive understanding,through to the medical drama staff professional life and emotional life analysis to explore the medical staff image creation,with the purpose of the present contemporary medical group,the real let the audience to the medical staff have a more intuitive and detailed understanding,strengthen the doctor-patient communication,eliminate the distrust between doctor and patient,implement actively the harmonious doctor-patient relationship.The portrayal of medical images in TV medical dramas indirectly and implicitly indicates the public's impression of this professional group in the real society.Through the presentation of a variety of roles,the position of many people from a variety of professional perspectives is provided to discuss the differences of opinions between doctors,their attitudes and cognition towards the doctor-patient relationship,and to reveal various contradictions in the society.In this paper,medical dramas with emergency situations as the background in domestic medical dramas in recent five years are taken as research texts,including<Young Doctor>,<Emergency Room Story> and <Emergency Department Doctor>.Text research method,case study method,visual research method and comparative research method are adopted to carry out a detailed and thorough analysis of thesethree medical dramas.In the first chapter,according to the classification of gender,age,professional title and occupation,the medical images in the three medical dramas are systematically classified,and the characteristics of the character groups in each category are analyzed and studied.The two major medical groups are male doctors with dominant status,female doctors with "superhuman" status,male nurses with strong physique,gentle and lovely female nurses and interns with "novice" status,backbone resident attending doctors,tolerant and kind attending doctors,optimistic and enthusiastic young doctors and experienced middle-aged doctors.The second chapter of the thesis studies the narrative nature of the medical role,focusing on the two narrative structures in the medical drama,the two narrative techniques,and the two contradictory narratives composed of doctor-patient disputes and internal contradictions in the industry.The narrative strategy completes the sketching and shaping of the image of medical staff.The third chapter of this paper uses the semiotics theory to analyze the character symbols,modeling symbols and symbolic symbols in the medical drama,and interprets the medical image codes from the characters' makeup,clothes,body parts,diseases,scenes,music and other text to explore the role building in the medical drama.Through the expression characteristics of the three medical dramas in shaping the image of medical care,it can be found that the three medical dramas are similar in the general framework of shaping the image of medical care.Although they are both medical dramas to show the survival state of medical care,they have their own strengths in some performance aspects.<Young Doctor> is more inclined to show the growth process and harvest of young medical care,presenting the career and life choices and values of young medical care;< Emergency Room Story > is more realistic,showing the working status of medical staff fighting against time and saving lives in the emergency work environment,and restoring the hard work of medical staff.<Emergency Department Doctor> integrates more social hot topics,shows us the good medical ethics and professional ethics of medical staff,and has the educational significance of popularizing health care knowledge.Through the research,it is found that the images of medical care in medical drama show the characteristics of gender equality,age youth and regional urbanization.There is little difference between the shaping of medical care images in medical drama and the realistic medical care images in terms of basic characteristics,and there is a certain gap between the two in the presentation of character characteristics of medical care images.
