Medical dramas have long been popular.At home,we are familiar,historical drama types such as family ethics play costume dramas,the military drama,martial arts drama and so on all are popular with all ages audience,medical drama is one of the industry play,usually in the hospital as the background,give priority to with one or a few doctors line runs through the whole,relatively independent but continuity between set and set.In 1986,the first medical drama broadcast the hippocratic oath,up to now,the domestic medical drama has gone through a history of more than 30 years,in the new era,especially in around 2010,a group of outstanding domestic result-set medical drama works,the domestic medical drama show in China's medical conditions,face to face with the doctor-patient relationship,motivate doctors professional ethics has played a good role,greatly improved the people "to talk about the medical color change" phenomenon,in characterization,narrative theme and pattern,and formed its own characteristics in such aspects as conflict,but compared to the United States,Japan and other countries of medical drama creation is concerned,Domestic medical drama creation is still in its initial stage of testing the waters of the current domestic medical drama puts glorious greatly in the screen at the same time,also has exposed many insufficiencies,so we need to think calmly in the creation of the domestic medical drama faced many difficulties,in the growing narrative content and technique of art at the same time,to enhance their competitiveness and impact.This paper consists of the following three parts: the first chapter,"definition and development history of domestic medical drama",defines medical drama,systematically sorts out the development form of domestic medical drama,and introduces the representative drama of each stage.The second chapter,"the artistic features of the domestic medical drama research" mainly from the domestic medical drama characters,deep interpretation of the narrative theme,narrative rhythm,the third chapter "insufficient domestic medical drama creation and reflection" according to the first two chapters on domestic medical drama in the narrative content and narrative mode of showing the homogeneity of serious,love too much,professionalism and the lack of authenticity,the problem such as avoidance of deep contradictions,from the professionalism,innovation,create the high-quality goods,the three dimension domestic medical drama optimization path is put forward.
