Analysis And Study On Financing Ways Of Huayi Brothers Media Group

With the "Internet +" being the national strategy and the new wave of the times,the Internet has brought new opportunities for the vigorous development of the traditional media industry.There is still a lot of room for the development of China's digital economy with the fast growth,huge scale and unlimited potential.Based on the strategy of reinvigorating China through cultural power,Chinese government has implemented a series of industrial support policies in order to develop the cultural and media industry into a national pillar industry.As the growing demand of market environment,media companies have also started a series of mergers and acquisitions,opening up overseas markets.In this context,the financing situation of media enterprises fails to keep up with the vigorous development of the whole industry.Therefore,despite the enormous development space,the high risk of the media industry coexists with it.The development of media enterprises has been limited by the limitations of financing for a long time,and academia has increasingly attached importance to the financing problems facing the industry.Huayi Brothers Media Group(hereinafter referred to as “Huayi”)has gradually grown from a small advertising company to the first private media company on the GEM.It is also the first listed company in the domestic media industry,which becomes the "The First Stock of Chinese Film and Television Entertainment".Considering its longstanding outstanding performance in capital operation of enterprises,the study and analysis of the financing ways of Huayi Brothers can provide some reference to other enterprises in China's media industry.With Huayi Brothers' financing mode as the research object and using case study way,this paper mainly aims at judging and evaluating the effect of financing mode of Huayi Brothers in different stages of its life cycled after choosing the appropriate financing mode based on its operation condition,financial situation and market performance.Besides,the shortcomings of Huayi Brothers in the formulation and implementation of financing ways are analyzed and the financing options are evaluated.Finally,on the basis of the study of Huayi Brothers' financing ways,some suggestions will be given on the financing of media enterprises.
