Analysis Dai Jitao's Thought Of Governing The Border

The historical background of Dai Jitao's times and his experience lead to the complexity of his thought.In his youth,he was influenced by nationalism in his hometown.When he studied in Japan,he participated in the founding meeting of the Chinese League and was influenced by revolutionary ideas.After returning to China,Sun Yat-sen was introduced and visited by others.He was appreciated and followed Sun Yat-sen all the time,and was deeply influenced by him.After Sun Yat-sen's death,he had a deep friendship with Chiang Kai-shek.He had always supported Chiang Kai-shek.After the establishment of the Nanjing National Government,he occupied an important position in the ruling group.Influenced by Sun Yat-sen,he attached great importance to the development of Northwest China.After becoming Chiang Kai-shek's aide,he put forward plans for the development of Northwest China to consolidate his rule.This paper expounds the formation and concrete proposition of Dai Jitao's thought of governing the border area and the great importance attached by the National Government to the management and development of Inner Mongolia,trying to summarize some useful contents for the development of Northwest China today.This article mainly has five parts.In the preface,it introduces the ideas of predecessors on ethnic relations,ethnic system,Dai Jitao's border management and exploit,scholars' understanding and views on the border area at that time,and the research on the border management policy of the Republic of China government.The main content of the first chapter is the germination of Dai Jitao's national thought and the formation and maturity of Dai Jitao's nationalist thought under the influence of Sun Yat-sen.The second chapter is the focus of this paper.It mainly discusses the source of Dai Jitao's thought of governing the frontier,Sun Yat-sen's influence and the actual situation in domestic and abroad.It also studies Dai Jitao's specific idea of governing the frontier and the shortcomings of his ideas and proposals,and compares them with the development thoughts of scholars at that time.The third chapter mainly introduces the policies of the Republic of China government governing Inner Mongolia,briefly introduces the policies of the Northern Warlords Government,and introduces in detail the governance and development of the Nanjing National Government in Inner Mongolia.The last part is the conclusion,mainly discussing the influence of Dai Jitao's idea of governing the border and the governance and development of the national government on Inner Mongolia.
