Tibetan is an universal religion nationality,at the base of Tibetan feature films,the research of the presentation of religious culture elements is much more realistic from communication study.At the same time,religious culture element,as a communication factor,participates in the narrative process of Tibetan feature films,which indicates the mutual construction and influence relationship.Firstly,the religious culture element,on some level,interacts with the director's individual spirit,so that audiences get a window through which they can read the director's cultural perspective and orientation.Secondly,religious culture becomes a suggestive clue,so we can get closer with the theme,scenes,characters,narrations,music,colors and other elements of the film.Thirdly,the reason so energetic Tibetan feature films are may be because they contain the religious culture elements.On the surface level,the existence of religious culture element shapes the Tibetan feature film.On the one hand,Tibetan feature films reflect the natural and cultural landscape which makes the film much more unique.On the other hand,with the presence of religious culture element,these films construct the religious scene(for example,light,prayer-flag,prayer-wheel,Mani stone,etc.)and mysterious mood,that is the condition of making the aesthetical atmosphere of the film.Scenes with religious culture element can reflect religious aesthetics feature and build the plot of the film.The expressiveness of these films is enforced by the appearance of objects with religious meanings.The research of the appearance of religious culture element in the Tibetan feature films connects the physical world and the spiritual world and arouses the audiences' deep thinking about the film.In this paper,I try to talk about some questions,for example,what kind of religious trace we can find in Tibetan feature films;How they nest within a whole structure of a Tibetan feature film;To what extent do these elements link to the material and spiritual life of Tibetan people;What kinds of spiritual and cultural meanings we can find in these films with full of religious culture elements...The development of Tibetan feature films is a short process in the history of movies,but a process full of changes,contradictions and even anxieties it is.In general,the research of the appearance of religious culture element in the Tibetan feature films is in a minority.Firstly,these films is in a weak position in the whole branch of Chinese films.Secondly,film makers have limited knowledge of the principles and ideas of Tibetan Buddhism,some films just use the religious culture as packaging.Thirdly,when watching the films,audiences rarely think of the religious problems and they are just fascinated by the Plateau wonderful sceneries.At last,our country's social environment and reality encourage people have positive attitudes toward life which are seldom advocated in religious principles.These objective factors demand higher requirements in the research of the appearance of religious culture element in the Tibetan feature films.
