A Study On The Standardization Of Administrative Official Documents In Colleges And Universities

The administrative official document is born in the state administrative organs at all levels as well as social groups in the exercise of authority and management process,in order to deal with public affairs.It is an important part of offical activities.The administrative official documents of colleges and universities are the administrative documents used by the colleges and universities to carry out the educational policies and policies of the Party and the state in handling the daily affairs.Normative is one of its characteristics.As the administrative official documents of colleges and universities have a strong transaction and authority,so people pay more attention to the norms of university document language.The normative nature of administrative document language in colleges and universities will directly affect the quality of work and efficiency of colleges and universities.Once out of the question,not only will the administrative official documents lose its authority,but also greatly affect the overall image of the university.This paper starts from administrative official document corpus in colleges and universities in Kunming,through field investigation,document data analysis,normative issues of the existing administrative official document language in interviews,questionnaire analysis,finally proposed the improvement measures of the system,in order to arouse the attention of the administrative personnel,promote the standardization of university administrative documents.This thesis consists of five chapters.The introduction notes the significance of this paper,the current situation of the study,the theory and method of use,and the confidentiality statement for the participation of investigators.The first chapter of this paper describes the specific appearance of the concept of "the language of administrative documents in colleges and universities " from the perspective of linguistics,including language requirements,linguistic features,grammatical features,rhetorical features and stylistic features.The second chapter,the third chapter and the fourth chapter are the main part of this paper,which is based on the logical sequence of "investigation,discovery problem and suggestion".In the second chapter,the author makes an investigation on the standardization of administrative official documents from colleges and universities in Kunming.The third chapter analyzes the specific problems found in the investigation and finds out the reasons.In the fourth chapter,the author summarizes the problems and puts forward his own opinions on the standardization of administrative official documents.
