Yunnan National Park, Construction And Management Of Institutional Research

At present, more and more attention has worldwide been paid to protection of natural resources. It is particularly important to achieve economic development and natural resource protection in terms of harmony and unity in Yunnan Province, since Yunnan is undeveloped economically whereas the richest in biological diversity, natural and cultural resources. In order to achieve rational conservation and utilization of our province's natural resources, making more economic advantages to reinforce local economic and social development, Yunnan Province has carried out active exploration and done a lot of relevant work in establishing ecological protection model of national parks in recent years.To promote the management pattern of national park effectively and introduce the conception of national park to the local government and residents, this paper makes elaborated description in related theories and practical construction of national parks at home and abroad, analyzes the status of natural and cultural resources and management pattern in Yunnan, tells the differences in management system between home and abroad, and puts forward the necessity and importance to establish national park in Yunnan and China. This paper sets up index system in the establishment of Yunnan National Park on the basis of project surveys and collection of relevant data, and adopt "Analytic Hierarchy Process" and "Likert-Scale" to distribute weight coefficient to different indices, realizing standard quantification. This paper proposes programs of management system, makes relevant suggestions in policy, laws and financing, and summarizes at last some factors the government needs to deal with.Research results:There exist some disadvantages in management system about protection areas compared to foreign national parks; to make clear the idea of national park construction in Yunnan Province; to provide technical support for the establishment standards of national park in Yunnan Province; to provide reference for the management system of national park in Yunnan Province.
