Based On The Perspective Of Stakeholder,A Case Study Of Manintenance And Management Of Ancient City

With the development of economy and urbanization speeding up,people income increases,the spiritual world get rich,and tourism booming.Many small towns based on its unique historical and cultural resources has complete the transformation of the economic industry.The development of the tourism industry has brought the enormous impetus for the economy of local.The rapid economic growth is improve the people's living standard and city appearance also changed dramatically.However,as the tourist destination become famous,the city which develop tourism industry face the new challenges at the same time.Ancient city is also called as the historical city which carrying with rich unique building group and culture value.In this public area,the matter of public services about maintenance and management ancient city can't depend on market it's own,the increase of Tourist Numbers and population both brought environment and damage problem to the tourist destination.In ancient city,problem arise and the contradictions between the various interests are prominent.The most pressing question for government is protect or develop? Management or operating? Environmental friendly or economic development?Lijiang due to those negative news which cause a lot of discussion continuous exposure into the public eye in recent years,the government might choice the development and give up on protecting in these problem.And management methods are frequently complain.by stakeholder.This paper selected the lijiang ancient city as a case study,useing questionnaire survey to investigate ancient city stakeholder's willing of protecting ancient city and willing to pay for it or not.statistical data and analyze to know the request and relationship of stakeholders in the ancient city.Finally based on the theory of urban governance and the sustainable development theory,gives the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.
