Research On Promotion Of Elderly Public Cultural Services Level In Haishu District,Ningbo City

At present,China's aging population structure is serious,the promotion of elderly public culture service level has become the key to social structure adjustment of our country and success or failure of the harmonious community.This thesis,targeting at the senior citizen in Haishu District,Ningbo City,focused on analyzing the current situation and problems of elderly public cultural services in Haishu District,and also making Suggestions to further construct and perfect the elderly public culture service system,and explore new ideas in Haishu District.The thesis is made up of five chapters.The first chapter mainly introduces the researches of current situation of at home and aboard and the background and significance.The research content,research significance and research method,are also mentioned in this section.The second chapter explains the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of the research,And combined basic public cultural services guidelines,mainly defining and analyzing the relevant concepts and theories,put forward the theoretical basis of this research.The third chapter describes elderly public cultural services in Haishu District,this chapter mainly through the methods of questionnaire interview and survey,presenting the phenomenon,such as,the low level of public cultural services,and service management is not perfect,and further to understand the influencing factors of elderly public cultural services in Haishu District after field investigation.The fourth chapter outlines the revelations of the public cultural services in Jiangbei and Yinzhou Districts.The fifth chapter learned to the practices of public cultural service innovation in Jiangbei and Yinzhou Districts.is to lay out the improvement countermeasures and suggestions of the elderly public culture service in Haishu District,including classification of service object,diversification of service content,diversification of service subject,the development and role of nonprofit organization,and countermeasures to perfect the system of public cultural services.
