Research On The Cultivation Of The Inheritors Of The Intangible Cultural Heritage Of Quyi

The inheritor is the bearer and transmitter of Intangible Cultural Heritage(hereinafter referred to as Intangible Cultural Heritage).The key to the cultivation of inheritors of Intangible Cultural Heritage is the core issue of Intangible Cultural Heritage protection and inheritance.At present,the academic research results on inheritors are mainly focused on the identification of inheritors,oral history,protection methods,etc.,and there are few research results on the cultivation of inheritors,especially the lack of systematic and in-depth theoretical research on the cultivation of Quyi.Therefore,the research on the cultivation of the inheritors of Quyi has become an important topic for the protection and inheritance of Quyi.The research of this paper is significant for promoting the classified protection of intangible cultural heritage and the active inheritance of Quyi.From the perspective of intangible cultural heritage protection,this paper conducts a holistic and systematic theoretical study on the cultivation of the inheritors of Quyi.From the perspective of traditional Quyi studies,this paper puts the cultivation of Quyi talents in the context of intangible cultural heritage protection and discusses the methods and mechanisms suitable for the cultivation of contemporary inheritors of Quyi based on the principle of the integrity of Intangible Cultural Heritage protection.Therefore,the research content of this paper is divided into four parts: firstly,the basic concepts of non-genetic inheritance,Quyi,Quyi inheritors and their internal relations are clarified to lay a foundation for the thesis.Secondly,this paper takes the representative Quyi intangible cultural heritage projects in Jiangxi province as an example to conduct an empirical study,discuss the different ways and characteristics of the cultivation of the inheritors of Quyi,and explain the connotation of the cultivation of the inheritors of Quyi,including the skills and artistic virtues of the inheritors.Then,it discusses the subjective and objective factors that influence the cultivation of the inheritors,and discusses the problems to be solved urgently from the aspects of the inheritors themselves,the Quyi industry and the social times.Finally,the author puts forward some countermeasures to the problems faced by the cultivation of the inheritors of Quyi.The cultivation of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of the Quyi is a systematic project,which is influenced by many factors such as the internal and externalenvironment of the art industry.The cultivation of inheritors is complex and requires a holistic approach.The government,the art associations,and the art groups,as the main departments of the art protection,need all parties to brainstorm and cooperate with the inheritors,adopting internal and external linkages to train multiple channels and measures.improving the economic security mechanism and social security mechanism of the inheritors,establishing a spiritual reward mechanism for the inheritors,striving to build a learning and communication platform for the inheritors,building a dual training platform for professional + amateur art talents,and implementing a performance platform for the creed artists.Constructing a perfect system of Quyi disciplines,promoting the long-term linkage training between Quyi basic education and higher education,introducing the two-way training method of traditional and disciplinary teachers,cultivating young audiences,improving the overall quality of inheritors,and deepening the life at the grassroots level.Fining products provide a good rhythm market environment for the cultivation of inheritors.
