On Differences In Justice Theory Of Karl Marx And Adam Smith

No matter in what kind of environment,justice always people discuss hot topics,and is regarded as the premise of social development and the soul is people’s pursuit and yearning.With the continuous development and progress of society,social justice problem continuously emerging.How to solve and realize justice problem become a difficult problem in front of our government.Academia is also facing the problem of how to build a new justice theory.Facing new situation,we should be in the past,on the basis of theory to summarize,we can combine it with the actual situation,leakproof fill a vacancy,blaze new trails,to build a new theoretical system.This article is in the face of China under the background of social transition,the Marx’s justice and the justice of Adam Smith’s comparative analysis,sums up the countermeasures of realization of fairness and justice.First of all,Marx’s justice and the justice of Smith’s starting point is different.Marx from own life the reality of capitalist society,criticism of the injustice in the practice.And justice of Smith’s is under the "natural state" theory of ideas.Second,Marx and justice of Smith’s research Angle is different.Based on practice as the starting point,Marx reality criticism of capitalist society.Therefore,its research Angle must be standing in the capitalist society,the study and reveal the essence of capitalist social injustice.And Smith believe that only under the "natural state" is the real justice.He thinks the government should not interfere with economy more,should be allowed to proceed unchecked,can ensure an increasing national wealth.As a result,Smith’s justice is a safeguard national wealth as the research Angle.He thinks only increasing social wealth,can guarantee the realization of justice.Marx and Smith’s starting point and the research Angle is different,the content of the justice of both is also different.Smith thought true justice is on the premise of free competition,according to the status of the development of economic law of freedom.Both production and distribution,any organization or individual cannot intervene,should follow its own laws.Although there is a difference in the distribution and production,but the difference is reasonable.Smith,that the path of justice is internalized the moral emotion as the basic way to achieve justice.In contrast,Marx thought the real free is comprehensive and free development of everyone.He revealed the nature of the capitalist society is exploitation and squeezing of the workers’ surplus value.Therefore,in order to achieve true justice will overthrow of capitalism,to eliminate class.Thus it can be seen that Marx realized the way of justice is the externalization.Finally,through the comparison of the two justice concluded that,in order to realize fairness and justice will insist on distributive justice,democracy,legal system of justice,insist with the focus on improving people’s lives.
