The Relationship Among The Sense Of Justice,Parents Rearing Patterns,and Fair Behaviour Of High School Students

The purpose of this study is to explore the main features of high school students'fair sensitivity,family rearing style and fair behavior,and to further explore the relationship between the three.Study on justice sensitivity is rare in China,research has been mostly concentrated in the field of Organization Behavior Science,most of the study follows the foreign organization behavior study and the study of justice sensitive is rare to see in the group of high school student.This paper selects 656 high school students as the subjects.The relationship between them as follows:? Parents rearing patterns have a significant difference between father and mother,and mothers are more likely to show emotional warmth and overprotection than their fathers.All dimensions of parents rearing patterns are influenced by the educational level of the father.The higher the father 's degree,the higher the score of the father's emotional dimension.?The difference in the sense of justice of high school students is mainly reflected in the three aspects:gender,whether the only child and the grade.Through the data analysis,we found that the impact of parental education on the development of students' justice sensitivity is not as large as we expected,and,there is a significant difference in the sensitivity score of the offender only on the father's refusal dimension.?The dimensions of the family rearing pattern have a certain degree of predictive effect on the dimensions of justice sensitivity.There was a significant positive correlation between the denial dimension of parental rearing style and victim sensitivity,and negatively correlated with the perpetrator sensitivity.The emotional dimension of the parents was positively correlated with the perpetrator sensitivity and the beneficiary sensitivity.There was a significant positive correlation between the over-protection dimension of the parents and the victim sensitivity,and the mother's over-protection dimension was negatively correlated with the perpetrator sensitivity.?Among the four different types of subjects,fair and sensitive subjects were more likely to consider the intentions behind behavior when making decisions;selfishness subjects were more likely to be considered in making decisions;fair and unselfish subjects.Have a higher degree of tolerance for unfair results and intentions.
