With the development of sports and dance projects,it has attracted the attention and love of the students.In recent years,Chengdu's sports and dance training institutions have sprung up.This survey of this phenomenon shows that this is inseparable from the overall professional quality of teachers.Therefore,in order to understand the actual situation of the development of sports dance and the professional quality of teachers in Chengdu training institutions.This paper uses literature,expert interviews,questionnaires,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other research methods to determine the professional quality structure of sports dance teachers in training institutions through design expert questionnaires.Based on the determined structural framework and the interviews of experts and managers,it is understood that the sports dance teachers in the training institutions are dynamic,and the dynamic changes will affect the stable development of sports dances in Chengdu training institutions.Therefore,the sports dance teachers in Chengdu training institutions The status quo of professional quality was investigated,and the reasons for the countermeasures were put forward to provide reference value for the development of sports dance in Chengdu training institutions.Research indicates:1.The structure chart of professional quality indicators of sports dance teachers in Chengdu training institutions is formed,including three first-level indicators of professional knowledge,professional ability and professionalism;theoretical knowledge of sports dance majors,basic knowledge of educational theory,etc.9 secondary indicators;34 basic three-level indicators such as basic theoretical knowledge of sports dance and special theoretical knowledge.2.The basic knowledge of sports dance and the special theoretical knowledge are better in professional knowledge,but the knowledge of psychology and the knowledge of dance makeup also need to strengthen learning,professional ability in music.The ability to control the beauty of the costumes,the organization and abilities of the sports dance competition,and the communication skills with the parents of the students are generally performed.In addition,the teaching ability and professional sports skills of some sports dance teachers have room for improvement;the professional spirit of the students and the curriculum standards The only understanding is that the surface is not deep enough.3.It is concluded that the main factors affecting the professional quality improvement of sports dance teachers in Chengdu training institutions include three aspects: policy level,school level and individual level.4.The sports dance teachers in Chengdu training institutions show the imbalance between male and female.The overall female teachers are mostly,and most of them are young teachers and the number of years of learning sports dance is too small,and the teaching work experience is lacking.The teacher's teacher level and referee level are relatively low.5.Most of the sports dance teachers in the training institutions are mainly part-time teachers.There is a lack of careful preparation for the classroom.The main ways for teachers to learn are mainly training courses,lacking opportunities for external communication.This short-term training Learning can not meet the current trend of sports dance development.Suggest:1.Chengdu Association should strengthen the appraisal and assessment according to the situation and level of teachers and the needs of local enrollment targets.Training institutions should also pay attention to the development status of sports dance teachers,which is more conducive to the growth of teachers and the market.More responsible with society.2.The leadership and management departments of Chengdu should adopt the training mode with the annual competition as the background.The level of performance of the competition will be the development of sports dance.The different changes that occur every year,such as the improvement of the referee level,the change of dance style and the overall level,The problem is to carry out training to solve the problem more specifically.3.The Sports Dance Association and related departments should formulate policy support with the development of sports dance.The training institution managers should consider the long-term benefits and consider the capital investment.The individual level of teachers should change their thinking mode and actively participate in training and learning.4.From the perspective of the combination of training and competition,continue to improve the teaching and ruling ability of teachers,consider high-level teachers,intermediate teachers and
