Development Status And Countermeasures Of Lanzhou Sports Dance Training Organization

Sports dance is an emerging dance sport that combines sports and art.It not only has the artistic,technical and appreciation of dance,but also has the competitive,entertaining and physical fitness functions in sports.At the same time,sports dance also involves a lot of scientific knowledge,including training,musicology,dance and drama,which have far-reaching implications for the spread of human material,knowledge and spiritual civilization.With the rising economy and living standards,people's concept of parenting has gradually changed.Moreover,China has established the goal of making sports dance the core of the Olympic Games.The colleges and universities offer sports dance teaching courses,and the whole country trains talents in sports and dance.Based on this background,the sports dance training institution industry was born.Due to the relatively limited policy,economy,humanities and social environment in the development of sports dance in the northwest region,Lanzhou sports dance training institutions have many problems in terms of teachers,institutional management and government policies,which restricts the development of sports dance in Lanzhou.This paper uses the literature method,questionnaire method,mathematical statistics method and logic analysis method to carry out research on sports dance in Lanzhou City.With training institutions as a platform,through the in-depth study of teachers,teaching and management of sports dance training institutions,we can find Lanzhou.The problems existing in the city sports dance training institutions,and put forward effective and feasible countermeasures.The main conclusions are as follows:1.There are a few training institutions equipped with professional hardware facilities,the overall quality of teachers is not high,and there is a lack of male trainees.2.The mechanism of teachers' continuous training and enrollment management are not perfect.3.The teaching mode is not scientific enough.4.Students' enthusiasm and achievements in learning sports dance are not ideal.In view of the current situation of the development of sports dance training institutions in Lanzhou,this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions:1.We need to gradually add professional equipment,and teach students the knowledge of equipment protection;absorb higher quality teachers;strengthen the publicity of boys' advantages in learning sports dance.2.It is necessary to employ senior teachers outside the institution to train the teachers inside the institution,so as to promote them to teach better teaching mode;secondly,it is necessary to strengthen the enrollment management system,and the institution shall formulate a set of enrollment process suitable for itself.3.Enrich and optimize teaching content and arrange teaching methods reasonably.In addition,the teaching arrangement of dance practice should be increased to improve the psychological quality of students.4.Mobilize the enthusiasm of the students to study,improve the recognition of the examination level competition,and encourage them to take the examination level or participate in the competition.
