A Study On The Development Of Sports Dance Examination Training Institutions In Shijiazhuang City

In recent years,sports dance from the emerging project to into people's lives,this development can not be separated from the art examination sports dance events to join.This paper takes the development of sports and dance training institutions in Shijiazhuang as the research object,and takes the managers,teachers and students of 5 sports and dance training institutions in Shijiazhuang with more than 50 students as the survey object,and makes statistical analysis on the basic situation of institutions,trainees,teachers,managers and operations by means of literature,interviews,questionnaires,data statistics and logic analysis.The following conclusions were drawn:(1)The organization curriculum is unreasonable,the single course training time is too long,the student long time fatigue excessively causes the immunity to decline,affects the training effect.(2)The teaching years of teachers are relatively short,compared with senior teachers lack of patience and experience.Teachers are weak,teachers and other examinations and poor participation.(3)The facilities and facilities of the facilities are not perfect and the logistics are not overhauled in time.The overall conditions of the organization are poor,the food in the canteen is greasy,the bathhouse and the hot water to drink are not enough,and the heating facilities can not be followed up.(4)The management system of the organization is chaotic,the managers have several functions and the division of labor is not clear.(5)The organization has a single form of publicity,with a large part of the scale only covering the arts examination.Shijiazhuang City lacks a unified sports dance exchange platform,all in the individual way in the field of art examination occupy a place,can not improve the overall level of teachers,common development.
